Versioning

The API version is in every product route's path. /v1 is current, and a breaking change ships under a new major version.

Every product route's path starts with its version: /v1 is the current contract. A breaking change ships under a new major version, such as /v2, never inside /v1. The health checks, /health and /health/ready, have no version.

The OpenAPI document's info.version counts revisions of that document for the current path version. It is not the API's version.
